- Departments are requested to compile the required information and submit the following materials to OICSA by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026:
(1) Email the Student Information Form (Word format) and the Nomination List (Excel format) to auix@oa.tku.edu.tw.
(2) Submit hard copies of the remaining application materials (including the Student Information Form, the Nomination List, and all supporting documents).
